General Enrollment Information
Each winter we get excited about hosting tours and sharing information with parents and our early learning community. Due to the nature of our programming, we require that all families interested in enrolling join us for a guided tour. We want to ensure that you have all the information you need and give you an opportunity to ask questions.
Outdoor classrooms are unique and differ greatly from traditional settings. They also require a different level of commitment from both the children enrolled and their families, so we want to make sure we are a good fit for what you are looking and hoping for in your child’s early years at school. We hope you will join us!
STEP ONE: Attend a Guided Group Tour (Parent/Caregivers only)
This is an opportunity to learn about our programs, tour our outdoor classroom spaces, meet our teachers, and ask questions. Children will have an opportunity to attend one of our Play Days at a later date. Babes in arms are welcome, as always.

STEP TWO: Submit an Application
Enrollment for the 2019-2020 school year begins February 1st, 2019 at 8 am. Families who have attended a Group Tour will receive a link to our on-line application. Applications will be processed in the order in which they are received and require an $85.00 Registration Fee to be considered complete.
Successfully enrolled families will receive an Enrollment Letter by February 8th, 2019, which will be due no later than February 22nd, 2019 to secure your child’s spot.
If we have not received your Enrollment form by this date, we will extend your child’s spot to the next family on our waitlist. A waitlist will be started for all programs that fill, and families will be notified if/when a spot has become available. There is no fee required to hold a spot on our waitlist. Waitlists are for the currently enrolling year only; they do not roll over into future school years.
STEP THREE: Join us for a Play Day
This is an opportunity for you and your child to experience a morning of nature play with other children and families in our community. Rain or shine, your child will get to explore, run, jump, build, imagine and more. Invitations will be e-mailed to enrolled families in March.
STEP FOUR: Complete and return the Registration Packet
All families will receive a Registration Packet in May by e-mail and must complete, sign, and return, along with your child’s last month’s tuition fee.
