Program and Registration Policies
Only Greenplay Northwest has access to and/or collects the information that you voluntarily give us via email or other direct contact from you. We are particularly sensitive to the privacy of the families and children we serve. No personal information is ever sold, rented or traded to third parties.
We will use your information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted us. For example, if you are registering your child for a nature camp program, we will request information from you on our registration system. To register your child, you must provide contact information (like name, mailing address and email address) and financial information (like your credit card number and expiration date). This information is used for billing purposes and to complete your registration. If we have trouble completing a registration, we’ll use this information to contact you.
REGISTRATION FEES, PAYMENTS, REFUNDS, and CANCELLATIONS
Greenplay Northwest’s cancellation and policies are based on our investment in staff, program planning, as well as material purchases before the start of our programs and classes. We cannot recover our expenses if you cancel and short-notice cancellations often prevent other children and families from attending.
For our Farm and Forest School programs, we require a non-refundable Registration Fee of $85.00. For all other programs, we require that fees be paid in full, unless other arrangements have been made with us directly.
If you choose to cancel or leave a program at any time, we require:
– 30-day notice for our Farm and Forest School programs; you are entitled to a refund of your last month’s deposit.
– 15 or more days prior to all other program start dates; you are entitled to a full refund.
– 14 days or less prior to the program starting date and once the program has begun, we are unable to offer any refunds or credits.
Although we rarely need to do so, we reserve the right to cancel a program or change its duration, fee, or location.
We are unable to offer refunds if any duration of a program is cancelled due to inclement weather, or circumstances out of our control.
If a program is canceled due to low enrollment, tuition will be fully refunded.
Upon completing any registration, you will receive a confirmation email with your registration details. Prior to your child’s program start date, you will receive an e-mail containing the following information:
– Details of your registration
– Program details, dates, locations
– Any additional forms required for participation
– Contact information and staff information
