Early Learning Program Registration 2025-2026

Our Early Learning Programs require a non-refundable Registration Fee of $100.00 + a PayPal fee of $2.49. Greenplay Northwest’s policies are based on our investment in staff, program planning, as well as material purchases before the start of our programs and classes. We cannot recover our expenses if you cancel. Short-notice cancellations often prevent other children and families from attending.

Although we rarely need to do so, we reserve the right to cancel a program or change its duration, fee, or location. We are unable to offer refunds if any duration of a program is cancelled due to circumstances out of our control. If a program is canceled due to low enrollment, refunds will be given.

Waitlist Information

In the event that the program you would like to register for is full, please email the program administrator HERE (hope@greenplaynw.org) to be added to the waitlist. Our waitlists are timestamped, and there is no fee to be placed on the list.

To be added, please include the following in your email:

  • Caregiver Name (first and last)

  • Child’s Name (first and last)

  • Child’s Date of Birth

  • Email Address

  • Phone Number

  • Preferred Program Location(s)

    We strongly recommend that you reach out to be added to the list promptly, as we often have spaces become available over the Summer months.
